*Mayacama Member* Vineyard 7 & 8 Wine Dinner (April 8)
Saturday, April 8th 6:30pm – 9:30pm
Vineyard 7&8 sits at the top of Spring Mountain. Their vineyards, which lie above the fog, are late ripening with low yields, natural drainage, and infertile volcanic soil. These unique conditions add to the distinctive quality of their wines which is unlike any other appellation.
Their facility allows them to micromanage the entire process, beginning in the vineyards and ending with the consumer. Owner, associate winemaker, and your fellow member, Wes Steffens will host the dinner. This is a very special opportunity to spend quality time with Wes and one you won’t want to miss. His wines are exceptional and will be paired with a terrific menu chosen by him and Executive Chef, Scott Pikey. Click HERE to register.
